Submitting your art for consideration by Galerie Vesper
When you decide to submit your art for consideration by Galerie Vesper, you will be redirected to an online form through which we collect a variety of personal information.

· Full name, email address, link to your portfolio, links to any of your relevant social media accounts, as well as the artist statement you share with us.
Why: We use this information to evaluate your submission, learn about your artistic practice, and contact you regarding the outcome of your application.
Please note that if you refuse to provide the mandatory information requested, we will not be able to process your submission
Inquiring about an artwork
When you contact us to inquire about an artwork, we collect the personal information you provide in your inquiry.
We collect:
· Your name, email address, and the content of your message (including the title of the artwork and the name of the artist you are inquiring about).
Why: We use this information to respond to your inquiry and assist you in obtaining information about the artwork or artist you are interested in.
Please note that if you refuse to provide the mandatory information requested, we will not be able to process your inquiry or provide you with the information you are looking for.
Purchasing artwork
When you decide to acquire an artwork from Galerie Vesper, the transaction is handled by email. As part of this process, we collect the information necessary to process your payment and arrange delivery.
We collect:
· Your full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address ;
· Your payment information, processed securely through PayPal.
Why: We use this information to process your payment, confirm your purchase, and arrange the delivery of your artwork. We may also use your contact information to follow up with you regarding your order.
Please note that if you refuse to provide the mandatory information requested, we will not be able to process your purchase.
Sharing your perspective about our virtual exhibitions
As part of our ongoing effort to improve your experience and curate meaningful exhibitions, we invite you to share your perspective on our virtual exhibitions through a feedback form. When you choose to participate, you will be redirected to an online form where you can share your thoughts. Participation is entirely optional, and you may choose to submit your feedback anonymously.

Your personal information is hosted on Amazon’s servers, located in the United States.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We will retain all information collected for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or for other essential purposes such as complying with legal obligations. We will destroy this data at the end of this period, or if you decide to withdraw your consent, where applicable. If you so request, once your data has been deleted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been processed.
SECURITY
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.
For example, our hosting provider, AWS (Amazon Web Services), holds multiple ISO and SOC certifications, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and logically isolates customer data within its infrastructure. Internally, we ensure that only authorized individuals within our organization who need to access your information have access to it.

AGE OF CONSENT
